March 02 2015 - Woman reported missing in the Loop found safe A 67-year-old woman who was reported missing after she went shopping in the Loop on Monday has been found. Liudmila Stetsura went shopping at several stores Monday on Randolph between State and Michigan, and did not return to her home in the 100 block of Harbor Drive, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. Police said Tuesday afternoon that Stetsura had been found.
