A woman from upstate New York suffereing from dementia and schizophrenia is missing. Endicott Police say Pilar McIver is believed to have arrived at the Port Authority Bus Terminal early Sunday morning and may have headed to Brooklyn, Staten Island or Freeport, Long Island. She was last seen wearing black Puma sneakers, dark pants, tan hooded sweatshirt and a black jacket. |
