HERNANDO — Southaven Mayor Greg Davis turned himself into authorities Tuesday for allegedly passing a stopped school bus. Davis went to the DeSoto County Sheriff's Department after misdemeanor warrants were issued for his arrest earlier in the day. He left after about an hour. |
