A judge said Wednesday she will likely decide in a week or two where the fault lies in the case of a part-time Aspen woman who sued the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority for injuries she sustained in a fall on a bus last February. Melanie Roschko sued RFTA in October 2011 in Pitkin County small claims court for $7,500, the maximum amount allowed in the jurisdiction. read more |
