University of Illinois students will decide next month whether they want to increase the fee to ride buses on campus. The Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District gathered about 4,300 signatures last week to place a question on the ballot during spring elections next month. The district needed 3,500 signatures to get it on the ballot. read more
